A unique orthopaedic custom flip flop created generatively from a foot pressure map. Manufactured using 3D printed injection moulded tools for mass customisation at a cost effective price.
3D printed moulds are inset into generic CNC machined steel moulds. This means that injection moulded parts can be made completely custom with very low cost and time.
This is also cheaper and more reliable than 3d printing the flip flop on its own.
Snap locking mechanism for the insole and sole.
Top layer is an insole that can detach from the sole and be used in different shoes. Injection moulding means multiple insoles can be bought very cheaply.
